The moons of Saturn vary in atmospheres and climates and are all in Saturn's magnetosphere. Excursions are available to four of Saturn's moons: Titan, Encledus, Mimas, and Phoebe.
Titan is the largest moon in the Solar System it has a surface with pools because of rain on it. It has pools of Methane and Ethane, not to mention rains those elements as well. It also has a sub-surface ocean. The temperature is so cold on Titan that it has more frozen water on it than rock.
Encledus surprised scientists when a jet of water came out on the southern hemisphere of the moon. When they studied it further they realized that it had a sub-surface ocean and sometimes the hotspots let the water and heat explode out (with ice and other particles) towards Saturn's E ring.
Mimas was thought to be a dead world, but since scientists have studied it they think they found a sub-surface ocean or at least a water-ice core! And if you have watched "Star Wars" it looks like the Death Star!
Phoebe creates one of Saturn's outermost ring. The way it makes the ring is it orbits through its own dust. Also ice goes to the poles hopping at one molecule at a time.
